About Our Journalism The Patagonia Regional Times is a free monthly publication serving the communities of Canelo, Elgin, Patagonia and Sonoita in Eastern Santa Cruz County, AZ. We are a nonprofit organization, funded by paid advertising, donations and grants, and our publication is distributed to newsstands and local merchants in the area. PRT aims to highlight local issues and the contributions of local talent, and to provide a forum for dialogue that is open to all views.
